You may rent Le 16 from Sunday at 5 pm to Sunday at 12 noon.
Outside the French school holidays, you may take it for a weekend of 2 or 3 days or more.

The gite includes :
- A wood-burning stove (We are selling wood if you wish).
- Electric radiators (We will check the meter upon your arrival and departure and charge accordingly).
- Sheets are available on demand for 6 euros per bed per week.
- Towels are also available on demand for 4 euros per person per week.
- We can clean Le 16 for you at the end of your stay for 60 euros.
- We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking : 250 euros for the the week and 150 euros for the weekend paid through your international account (IBAN or BIC and the deposit is non-renfundable in any case).
- We will also require a cash sum of 500 euros, repayable on your departure, to cover domage or breakages.
- No credit cards.
- Pets are permitted in the respect of the house and the garden.
- Any domage or breakages ... will be charged for from your cash sum.
